Heresy! Heresy! Who puts carrots in it? Also, I dispute that it's "mostly" made with corned beef (though corned beef stovies is a thing, and not an untasty thing. Unlike putting carrots in it. Weirdoes). It's the classic fate of the end of the roast beef from Sunday.
