This post is where I don't talk about the General Election because I'm still too horrified about the outcome.

Instead, I present you with Day 5 of Five Days of Black and White, featuring baby and nekkid!toddler. Day 4 is behind a cut because it's mildly NSFW and contains an adult.

Day 5: Humuhumu showing off her dirty feet. Keiki still not impressed with being in front of a camera lens.

Day 4: This is me, celebrating reclaiming my body. I've worked hard on it the past five months (through diet & exercise) and it's finally starting to feel like it's mine again. Okay, since I'm breastfeeding, technically two parts of me still belong to the baby, but I'm really pleased to have come this far.

The kids are so adorable. Yep, those are impressively dirty feet she has there. Keiki really isn't to enthused, though, is he? :)

Congrats on your progress - you look great!

You do take such lovely photos. I quite like the texture of the bench in your first photo.

Condolences, congratulations and a word to the wise

I don't blame you at all for not wanting to talk about that; having just seen one of our (reputedly) most conservative provinces soundly shock the Canadian body politic by throwing out a 40+ year dynasty in favour of a left(ish) NDP government, the British result came as a bit of a long-distance body-blow. Or at least, reality check.

Meanwhile, Humuhumu looks as pointlessly proud of her dirty feet as you are rightfully proud of your reclaimed body.

Finally, there was no cut on my reading page, so you might want to check on that. I wasn't bothered, but others might be. (Also, and I really hate to bring it up, on account of it's insane, I can't tell if you friend-locked the post. If not, you might want to consider it. Not everyone sees a picture of a naked child as inherently innocent.)

Yeesh. I really sandwhiched the congralutions with some ugliness, didn't I? I'm sorry about that ...

You look absolutely amazing. Many congratulations. I am daily impressed by your dedication when I log on to MyFitnessPal (and thank you also, because it serves to inspire me)

Can't believe it's been warm enough there for nekkid garden time! Humuhumu looks thoroughly delighted with her dirty feet.

Sorry about the election. You are looking really great! Love the expression too! The kids are at a fun age. Do Brits say nekkid?

We only say nekkid when we're quoting "The Streak".

(Loved that song as a kid. =:o} )
