Horribly hot here too. I've noticed that when my black and white dog goes outside, by the time she comes back in maybe 5 minutes later, the black parts of her back are boiling hot, while the white parts are just normal skin temperature

Poor pup. Regulating body temperature must be challenging in these conditions.
