My black girls are in the hall (coolest spot) but are still elongated to to about 3 feet long!

Horribly hot here too. I've noticed that when my black and white dog goes outside, by the time she comes back in maybe 5 minutes later, the black parts of her back are boiling hot, while the white parts are just normal skin temperature
