Thank you! The lighting was only like that for a few seconds - the clouds were moving quickly.

The black and white gives it a really different feel!

When I desaturated it, the lack of colour made so little difference I decided to leave it that way.

Heh, yes, the clouds were moving quickly, so the sinister atmosphere disappeared rapidly.
