The orange is great (and very good for Hallowe'en), but I'm a sad old Goth.
Also, just after painting, my nails look like that, because I have the co-ordination of a six year old.

Heh, yes, I don't see myself wearing orange nail varnish on a regular basis. I think alternating orange and black might happen this Hallowe'en though!

While I love orange, there is just no colour that compares to black for nail polish. Except maybe one of the dread reds.

Agreed. I'm also a big fan of silver but nothing can truly compete with black.

I don't usually like orange but the shade really suits your skin-tone here! Also she has more skills at 6 than I did at 12. Sob.

Each hand was done by a different six-year-old; the black was a lot messier than the orange, hahahaaa.

The 6 year olds have better nail painting skills than I had for years (and possibly are better than I am now)! I'm not usually an orange fan, but that shade is great and really suits your skin-tone.

I've heard that orange is the new black, so I guess it's a choice between the tried and trusted behaviour of black versus the longer support-cycle and ongoing security updates of orange. =:o}

Orange is fine, but nothing can ever hold a candle to black. :)
