Day 97/365: Fun with airports

Keiki and Humuhumu in the children's aeroplane-themed play area, pretending to fly the plane. Hashtag my sibling is my copilot. Hashtag Schipol Airport. Hashtag today started at 3:30 AM; I have earned this glass of wine. *thud* <3

This is a great photo! (and I was wondering what other airports have the play airplane, which I've seen at Schiphol and I think Oslo, and then it turned out to be one of the ones I know about :)

I have earned this glass of wine

When all four of us travel, we often end up sitting 3+1 on the smaller planes that don't have a middle row that seats 4, so it's me with the rodents on either side and B either across the aisle or behind us. When the rodents were smaller, I noticed that I got considerably more wine poured in my glass than other people around me. I think the flight attendants know we have earned those glasses of wine :P

Yep, this was exactly the situation on our flights. (Even though it's really not far from Birmingham to Vienna, direct flights only operate on weekdays.) On the second flight, the bloke had been booked into premium economy - we had to book our flights separately because this is a work trip for him - so he was even further away. Fortunately, the children mostly slept through the second flight. Win!
