Yesterday, at 25 weeks into this pregnancy, I bid goodbye to my feet.

Indeed. And they're working hard at the moment, carrying all that extra me-and-Keiki around. Mahalo plenty, feet.

Wow, 25 weeks already! And looking good :-)When does your maternity leave start?

It's whizzed past. I feel pretty good. Tired, but good.

Maternity leave begins in late December, but I'm going off earlier than that near the start of the month to use up my annual leave. Last time I lost five days of leave, so I'm making sure that doesn't happen again!

I do get to see them peeking out when I walk, and they certainly like to remind me that they're hauling around a lot more cargo than usual by demanding to be elevated at the end of the day!
