Hello from Vienna

We are currently ensconced in the most glorious flat near the Belvedere. The bloke, who is not usually one to go over the top on luxury, scored a ridiculously large and beautiful self-catering apartment for us. We are still a bit stunned.

Humuhumu is, naturally, unphased. Above she's chasing the pigeons in Stephansplatz during our walk around town yesterday afternoon. Below (behind the cut) is the video version.

Aaaaaaahhhh... She's fantastic!

This morning we went to Karlskirche which is less than half a kilometre away. She was running around the fountain with her little wooden green car making "Brrm brrm" noises. Lots of elderly Austrians were melting in her wake.

She's doing her best to keep us fit. Which is admittedly a challenge in a city with a delicious cake shop every 50 metres.

Yes, it's quite fantastic. I'm still not over it. I'm sitting at a tiny wooden writing desk. Age unknown, but I would be terrified if I had to replace it. Hanging above me is a Klimt sketch. Which I suspect is not a reproduction. O.O
