Heh. Fortunately, he has a very short attention span. For instance, I just woke him up from a nap and put him outside. He glared at me for half a second and then went, "Ooo! A pheasant!" and charged gleefully across the grass.
Hee. Some of my friends insist that Telstar isn't a proper cat, because you can touch his paws, his belly and his tail without provoking any objection other than gentle removal of the limb when he's tired of it.
