Guess who's back from central Europe? And guess who had to make the journey home commando because she packed three pairs too many socks, but one pair too few underpants?
When I knew I would have to get up at 6 am for a long weekend away the day after my brother's moving-away party last week, I remembered your post, and packed my rucksack the night before *that*.
I thought you might like to know that someone's learning from your DRONK PACKING - even if it's not you!
May I recommend my tactic of always packing a spare pair of underpants "in case I fall in the sea" (my mum's greatest fear, I think, after her children not being warm enough)? That way, if you pack one too few, you still have enough.
I generally end up annoyed with myself for having packed too much and having to carry unnecessary luggage, though.
I think I should put a pair of pants in my handbag. That way I've always got at least one pair on hand. I'm slightly afraid I'll pull them out whilst fishing around for, say, my sunglasses, though.

(And I hope you had a fantastic time in Europe)

And I'm very glad that someone is taking heed from my example!
