My clowder are in full agreement. Only one has spent any time outside and he is currently recuperating on my lap.

Yep, it reminded me why I had a full spectrum lamp in my office. The old one broke over the summer so I've just ordered a replacement.

(I just have a random collection of different bulb types in multiple lamps, which together combine to a vaguely full-ish spectrum, including some NIR for the immune system to lap up.)
