Approaching the Hall from the rear, because the front doors were closed due to the high winds.
Inside the Hall

Cupola.

The dining room was full of paintings of naval battles, because who wouldn’t want to eat when surrounded by ships on FIRE?!

We liked this room better. There were tapestries of people dancing.

This little parlour had a nice view for drinking tea and eating cakes.

Court Mantua worn by the lady of the Hall in the 1700s, apparently at the time when it was the height of fashion to have to go through doorways sideways.
Outside the Hall

Definitely a Capability Brown landscape.

Inexplicable giant wooden bunny.

Keiki and I found the shed of our dreams.

So many shelves, and a big well-lit bench for potting.

Wrought-iron benches for a sit-down.

Exit via the Gatehouse.
