This is from our own garden. We ate the roasted beetroot tonight. So good!

Erm... yeah. I love it so, cooked and then doused in vinegar and made into cheese and beetroot sandwiches. My American friends always look at me oddly. :D

Yesss, beetroot. We ate the ones in the photo roasted tonight, and the tops pan-fried in butter with garlic, onion and lemon juice.
