Yes, at the view from the huge glass doors leading onto the patio, which overlooked the promenade running along the ocean front. It was rather nice.

Thank you! Yes, everything was terribly modern in that room. I'm not normally a fan but this was actually quite soothing.

Trade descriptions act! I don't believe the hotel room took that selfie at all. There's clearly a human holding a camera pointing at the mirror. Also, the composition is several orders of magnitude better than any selfie taken by any hotel room I've known. (They mostly get fuzzy patches of motion-blurred carpet, with a bit of wall or chair-leg in one corner. =:o\ )
