I don't ever recall being this generous as a child when cleaning up after making cake batter. Humuhumu, OTOH, carefully scrapes the mixer bowl with the spatula and alternately feeds herself and Keiki. She's such a kind big sister.
It's not easy is it, helping her retain that while also modelling/teaching how to handle the people who will take advantage especially, as you say, in society as is now. Some interesting conversations to come over the years I suspect. Maybe made slightly easier as you're modelling a slightly reverse scenario with Keiki. Not entirely sure that all makes sense...
Thank you! To a certain extent, though, this seems to have been innate in her. She's really not a greedy child. For instance, if she gets tired of eating a sweet treat, she will offer it to someone else. She doesn't just shovel it in for the sake of having the whole thing. Keiki, OTOH, has had to be encouraged to share things. He's started doing it sometimes of his own accord, but it's been much more of a battle.

You must be doing something right!
Also I am very impressed with the amount of Sparkly that Humuhumu has achieved..

She does love a sequin or twenty (or several hundred...)
