Meant to post this on Caturday, but there was no time, what with the parkrun and going to look at bicycles and gardening and general parenting of one very active toddler and one baby who's just learnt to crawl and has markedly more suicidal tendencies than his sister, including a blatant disregard for the spikeyness capabilities of the cat.

There was a dress-up day for charity at Humuhumu's nursery last week. Every girl in the toddler room was a princess.

She is so cute, and Telstar's socks are cute too! That's cool that she got to be different from the other girls. She seems like such an active child (going from previous photos you've shared) that I imagine wearing a princess dress wouldn't do for her anyway.

Her glasses transform this outfit from 'cute dress up' (as I recall viewing it previously) to 'get out of my way, I'm a professional astronaut and I have to do something important'.

Plus Telstar adds a certain "giant space monster" element.
