Is baby. Is teething. Is cute, but is also apparently able to suck all my ability to brain out through my nipples. From 1 AM to 6 AM on an hourly basis. Thanks, baby.
(I never thought I'd write something like that. And then it started one day... Thanks, brain. Only works with pictures, though - if presented with a real baby I have no idea what to do)
Haha, even after having two babies I still have some of that fear/puzzlement. "Oh it's so tiny, how do I hold it, what does it want, above all things I MUSTN'T DROP IT!"
Ha, sometimes I've managed to trick myself into believing this is actually true. After a bad night, I'll have a very hot shower and while I'm in there, I pretend I've had a solid eight hours of sleep. It's worked pretty well a few times - until about 8 PM, when I collapse.

He's probably growing. My two would both have a week or so of eating ALL THE TIME and then suddenly we'd have to find bigger clothes.

He's got the bright red teething cheeks too. At least he's not biting (at the moment).
