I'm with you on the timings! I think one of the most difficult things to cook (and something I do NOT do) is your trad roast dinner where you've got to cook the meat and the potatoes, and the Yorkshire puddings, and the gravy, and the vegetable, and the other vegetable and get it all right and all ready at the same time and neither kill anyone nor burst into tears.
