There's less Vorkosigan fanfic than one might imagine because the original is so tightly plotted, but there does manage to be some. I find myself far less fond of the ones that disrupt canon relationships than the ones that somehow find unexplored corners to dive into.
There's another Vorkosigan book in the works; its working title was "Ivan: His Book".
