Thank you. It was a great day. Rather emotional, too, as the sign on people's backs had photos and stories about loved ones they'd lost to cancer.

I highly recommend interval training, as my friend K did during the race. It makes the whole endeavour much less daunting.

I can only imagine how hard some of it was.
And thanks! I love that film so much - everyone and everything in it. And Geoffrey Rush is just such a genius in any role. Philip Henslowe, Hector Barbossa, Lionel Logue.... I haven't seen him as de Sade yet, but I don't doubt he's memorable.
