Okay, I'm totally cheating here and basing this on three things.

1. You are a beautiful woman in science! She plays one on TV!
2. You have vaguely similar hair.
3. Her character on 'Bones' reminds me of you in certain ways: emotional intelligence, creativity, affection, humour.

Maybe I should have tried to find someone without considering the roles one had played. But I don't know many western actresses in fact and once I thought "River Song", I wasn't able to focus on someone else.
Since there is a problem of age, you should make the film later, in several years, since she travels in time, she won't have aged !
