It's not easy, going to the gym. I've managed to make it a habit twice before, by which I mean going regularly for upwards of six months, and then when I stopped it was really difficult to start again. It's the most consistent way I've ever been able to make myself exercise since I left university, though, so I know I've got to keep doing it until it becomes routine and I don't think about it much any more. But yeah, it's pretty tough, I think. Mostly because it's frankly quite boring and it doesn't offer much in the way of immediately visible results.
