Yes, they are! It took me ages to go round the main enclosure even once.

There were a lot of species, and a fair number I didn't manage to capture. It was a little overwhelming at times!

These are amazing, I love the zebra butterflies!

The zebra longwings were everywhere. Probably the most common along with the blue morphos, although far more sociable and easier to photograph. The blue morphos always seem to sit with their wings closed. Most frustrating for a photographer!

These are so cool! I think a number of varieties I either have never seen in a butterfly house before or was never able to get a good look at. The starry night, malachite, and zebra mosaic in particular are so neat-looking!

This place had an exceptional variety of species, I think. I love e.g. the Schmetterlinghaus in Vienna, which is a larger space, but houses far fewer butterfly types.

The starry night crackers all hung out on the pillars, high above the koi carp pond. The air must have been just right for them there.

The most butterflies I have ever seen at once, was in Mexico - I was in a truck driving down this jungly green dirt road, and there were SOOOOO many bright blue morphos fluttering everywhere - it was amazing!
