Cake! (Day 18 of 30)

Today I bought a fancy chocolate cake to celebrate the hard work of one of my colleagues (pictured). She had a big slice and we all devoured the rest. \o/

Unrelatedly, I am offended that NO ONE THOUGHT TO TELL ME that the Mash Report is on again. Bad internet, no biscuit!

Something in the air: Tony brought home cake last night to celebrate a couple of family achievements. I am in favour of this kind of positive reinforcement :-)

Caffe Concerto in Grand Central. The people in front of me tried to buy a cheesecake to pick up at 6 PM. The staff refused to sell it to them because it would be ruined by then. They take cake very seriously!

Oh yeah, it was. The texture of both sponge and cream was incredibly light, but also quite rich. It was beautiful to eat. Totally worth it. :)
