Indiana Dunes (Day 1/30)

I'm going to post a photo a day for September. Two things have inspired this:

- a massive photo backlog which has only been worsened by last week's trip to Sweden
- my abysmal posting record in August


Taken on 2 August. Humuhumu on the beach at the Indiana Dunes National Park, drawing a line in the sand, all muscles and long limbs.

Relatedly, she ran her first Junior Parkrun on her own last weekend and set a PB: 2 kilometres in 12:04.

My, Humhumu is getting tall. And long in the limbs. Gymnast and climber makes a lot of sense now.

Thank you! And well done for volunteering at Parkrun. Now that Humuhumu can run it on her own, one of her grown-ups should be able to volunteer while the other runs with Keiki, which will be nice.

We were lucky with the weather! We only had two rainy days and the rest were sunny.
