Me: "Telstar, I have messed up somewhere counting the days of this project and I am about to finish on Day 366/365. I do not have the energy to ferret out and correct this mistake." Telstar: *blep*
I feel you on not having the energy to look for the mistake, let alone fix it. I think it is entirely sensible for you to have shifted the numbers, it means you can do 365/365 and still have a rest on the 31st.
I don't think anyone here is going to judge you for a counting error. It has been a delight just to see the photos. Do you think you'll continue next year or will you be taking a bit of a break?
Because I am apparently unable to *not* debug a problem when I have a good idea how to, I found the source of the miscount. Up to you what you do with this information! 23rd Nov is numbered 328 when it should be 327.

(I used a helpful reference of day-number-to-date, a cursory glance at the first subject line of every month starting with https://nanila.dreamwidth.org/2018/12/ and binary chop once I'd found the right month.)
