Family portrait, August 2018, Center Parcs Whinfell Forest.

Our family portrait finally arrived! I think it is a nice one although my and Keiki's smiles are a little stiff.

In other news, I'm in London this weekend. It's so nice coming here for fun rather than for work.

Thank you! The knees on Keiki's jeans make me chuckle every time. They were clean when we arrived. He managed to make them dirty by sliding all the way across the studio floor before the shoot started.

Thank you! Yes, we were surprised when the photographer asked us to remove our shoes for the shoot, but am pleased with the results.

Keiki plonked himself on my lap before anyone could make any conscious decisions. And yes, I definitely see what you mean. I always think of Keiki as "my" child in terms of physiognomy, and Humuhumu as the bloke's.
