I don't know who can randomly find twenty people apart from those who live in cities. The game is definitely still biased against rural/non-city-dwelling players. I mean maybe if I were a more active FB user or a reddit user I could find people? But those are not cesspits I'm willing to dive into just to find raiding buddies.
