It's interesting how the Octonauts has evolved from the earlier series, which are almost entirely Barnacles/Kwazii/Peso-focused, and are now much more inclusive of the female characters. It's almost as if a whole bunch of parents wrote in saying, "Great show, but WHERE ARE THE GIRLS, MOAR GIRLS PLZ" and the Beeb listened. ;)
