Hmm. Perhaps I should poke my local union, who are of course doing work on this, to find out whether my institution are helping people who'd like it with residency. We got a lot of mails early on, but nothing much since. I hope that David Bloody Cameron, who got us into this mess, spends the rest of his life afflicted with at least mild annoyance, since he's caused so much of it.
