I did see the event! I just got my first football fish and am saving up for the bone dolphin.
I quite like the cute little ghost fish. It's a good thing, too, as I will need a lot of them if I want the ghost dolphin... But I will probably keep some of them around after the event ends, just because.
Abras are so hard to catch, too. /o\
I wonder if Niantic is betting on the new core Pokemon games boosting the popularity of the app again? I wouldn't count on it.
