Oof. But at least terribly pretty!

We've warmed up a little. All the way to 8 degrees yesterday, but since facilities have decided to save the planet by turning off the heating in the communal areas without checking which side of the walls the radiators are it's not doing so much...

I mean, it would not necessarily have occurred to me that the plumbers had not mapped the TRVs to the floor plans as accurately as one would expect, but on the other hand, by the time three people had rung to shout at me about it, I would have turned it all back on while I investigated...
