I have made some of my pilgrimages.

Shopped at Trader Joe's for treats to bring home to the UK
Visited Barnes and Noble and bought books
Eaten pancakes at IHOP
Visited the neighbours and met their gorgeous new rescue dog, a German Shepherd / collie mix (she was abandoned at a rest stop on Christmas 😞 but now has her forever home 😍)
Shopping at Target, especially for nonstandard Oreo flavours
Excursion to Best Buy to get my parents gadgets they don't think they need but will be unable to live without after I go
Called Ohio auntie

Still to come:

Lunch with my auntie-out-law
Trip downtown to get bubble tea and visit the record shop
Having a root beer float
Walk at the bird sanctuary if it ever stops raining
More phone calls to relatives who don't understand international dialing, WhatsApp, or time zones
