What’s the best method of transportation where you live?

Unfortunately, it's a car, my least favourite form of transportation. On foot or bicycle on the roads is downright dangerous on these winding country lanes with blind corners and insane drivers. And public transport is non existent. So it's best to be in control, or at least in the protective shell, of your own personal plastic deathbucket.

I struggle with this. I can walk to some places here in the footpaths, but my hopes of getting a cargo bike were dashed—there’s no way I’m cycling on these windy single track death race roads O_O

Funny thing is that here, the real back double country lanes are somewhere you might see a tractor or a horse and rider but that'd be about all, so they're great places to walk or cycle.

I guess the thing that will really tell us when we're in the science fiction future utopia is that transport actually works and people don't have to have private vehicles as a defensive measure.

I KNOW, RIGHT.

(The capslock icon is awesome and I love it.)

personal plastic deathbucket is a memorable phrase I wish neither of us needed to know.
