Re -.-: Yeah. OTOH, the RS also runs a scheme called the Dorothy Hodgkin Research Fellowship, which is explicitly targeted at applicants who are female, disabled and/or have caring responsibilities (includes caring for family members other than biological children). Which is pretty cool.
