They are all book-shaped, yes, and the same size/template! Just like the Elephant Parade (London), Egg Hunt (London) and Gromit Unleashed (Bristol) of previous years. Although the elephants in the Parade had two different templates, one seated and one standing. I managed to see nearly all the elephants in situ, about half of the eggs and sadly missed out on all the Gromits. I'm determined to see most of the benches with the toddler this time - not going to be too completist about it as she only has so much energy for lengthy adventures.
