1SE for March 2025

Contains the usual round of cats, kids, a little bit more work than usual because I spent a lot of time in the lab, and a quick trip to Cornwall.

Where'bouts in Cornwall were you?

We'll be down there again in August.

I don't usually think to comment, but I love these tiny snippets of your life.

Your cats continue to be highly photogenic (videogenic?)

Lots of excellent cat content here, of course. And also, one strong child carrying another child in a wheelbarrow like that.

I did have to pause and read the python interpreter. Someone is learning all kinds of things in their interactive session, and I do like the somewhat helpful error messages being sent up with the attempts at coding. Poor Greg, though, with only a 33% chance of survival in this scenario.

More gym sessions warranted. Happy and strong girls.

I can believe that Keiki is still in the process of learning how to code games that other people want to play. Some of the fun of coding is just in getting to make things happen the way you want them to, at least at that level of experience. (The cursing that comes from having to make things work the way other people want is still some time off, I assume.)
