I saw a bathroom sign like that here in Massachusetts, and posted a picture of it because I thought it was cool; a couple of trans people on my list felt it was insulting, because it grouped transgender people with space aliens. That wasn't my interpretation, and I'm fairly sure wasn't the intent of the restaurant that posted it, but intent may not matter.
