Oh yes, I was absolutely charmed by this family, which I'm afraid didn't come across much in this liveblog because I was so focused on WTF USELESS DAD. There was a lot of love between all of them, which was clearly only going to be strengthened by the improvement in the state of their house.

I definitely did not get that feeling from the people in Episode 1.
