I changed to GreenFlag some years ago after waiting several hours for RAC. Until recently GreenFlag guaranteed a response time of one hour (don't know if that's changed), and you can tell the agent "lone woman with small children". Admiral also give priority to lone females and people with children in the car. I'm surprised that RAC is no longer doing it.
